Find out where subcontractor evidence quietly becomes a risk before you mobilise.
A short, structured review of how evidence moves from submission to decision, where source clarity or ownership weakens, and what a credible improvement or pilot should address.
Available now as a bounded, human-delivered engagement. No production-platform commitment is required, and the Diagnostic does not process live evidence through the public prototype.
Who this is for
Principal contractors and compliance or supply-chain managers who suspect their current subcontractor evidence process has gaps, but do not yet have a precise picture of where they arise, who owns them or which controls need attention.
What we look at
- How subcontractor evidence is currently received and by whom
- Which requirements are actually being applied, and where that requirement comes from
- What happens when information is missing, not whether it's noticed, but what happens next
- Where decisions get recorded, and whether that record would hold up if questioned later
- How exceptions and overrides currently happen, and whether the reasoning is kept
- How expiring documents are tracked, if at all, once a subcontractor is already on site
How the engagement runs
Discovery workshop
A structured session, typically 60 to 90 minutes, walking through your current workflow as it actually operates, not as it's documented to operate.
Sample review
A small set of anonymised or representative examples examined against the requirements you've told us apply.
Short interviews
Brief conversations, typically two to four people, with whoever actually reviews evidence and makes onboarding decisions day to day.
Findings and recommendation
A direct, written account of what we found, and a specific, scoped recommendation for what a pilot with Taltru would actually cover.
What you receive
Download a fictional sample Diagnostic report. It illustrates the format only and contains no customer evidence.
What this is not
This is not a compliance audit, a legal opinion, or a certification. We are not assessing whether your organisation meets a specific regulatory standard, and nothing produced here should be relied on as legal or regulatory advice.
We're examining one specific thing: how evidence currently becomes a decision in your process, and whether that decision could be reconstructed and defended later if someone asked.
Commercial terms
After a fit discussion, Taltru provides a written fixed-fee proposal based on the agreed workshop, interview, sample-review and reporting effort. A price is not published before the delivery effort is evidenced. No contract is created by submitting an enquiry.
Before work begins, the parties agree the scope, exclusions, timetable, fee, confidentiality, customer responsibilities and handling route for any minimised or anonymised sample.
Discuss your evidence workflow
Tell us enough to assess fit. Do not submit documents, personal data about workers, confidential evidence or commercially sensitive project information through this form.
