Privacy notice

This notice describes the current Taltru validation website, research, walkthrough and service-enquiry activities. It does not describe a future production platform, which will require a separate, product-specific notice before live customer evidence is processed.

Do not submit evidence through public forms. Do not send worker records, insurance documents, project evidence, special-category information or confidential commercial material through the website or public prototype. A separate controlled process must be agreed before any evidence is shared.

Who is responsible

Taltru is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or rights requests, email info@taltru.com. The contracting legal entity and formal service address will be identified in any proposal or engagement agreement.

Who may process the information

Website hosting, form-processing, email and survey providers may process limited information on Taltru's behalf or under their own terms. The external Google Forms survey is optional and Google's notice applies after you follow that link. Taltru will not sell enquiry information.

International processing

Taltru is being developed for UK use while some operations and service providers may be located outside the UK. Appropriate transfer arrangements must be confirmed before live customer evidence or restricted personal information is accepted. Website-enquiry providers may process information internationally under their applicable contractual safeguards.

Retention

General enquiries and research-contact records are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, legal obligation or dispute. Update-list information is retained until withdrawal or the list is closed. Live service records will follow the retention schedule agreed in the relevant statement of work.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is used. Contact Taltru using the address above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and analytics

The supplied website package does not install non-essential visitor analytics or advertising cookies. Essential hosting and security technologies may still operate. If analytics are enabled later, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated before activation.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the production platform, analytics, contracting entity or evidence-processing arrangements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
