Website and prototype terms

These terms apply to the public Taltru website, research materials and interactive prototype. A paid Diagnostic, Managed Review or future software pilot will be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work and data-processing terms.

No production service

The prototype demonstrates selected concepts and may be incomplete, unavailable or changed without notice. It is not a production compliance system, evidence repository, certification service, legal service or duty-holder appointment.

No professional or regulatory advice

Website content and prototype outputs are for evaluation and discussion. They are not legal, insurance, health-and-safety, engineering or regulatory advice and should not be relied upon to approve, reject or mobilise a contractor. Competent authorised personnel remain responsible for decisions and applicable duties.

Permitted use

You may view and evaluate the public materials for legitimate business and research purposes. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse hosted functions, introduce malicious material, misrepresent prototype results as production assurance, copy the service for resale, or interfere with availability.

Automated extraction

Prototype extraction may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Deterministic demonstration rules operate only on the extracted or entered information available to them. Absence of a warning does not prove compliance, validity or suitability.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Taltru owns or licenses the website design, explanatory materials, workflow presentation and prototype content. Third-party names remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party systems do not imply affiliation, endorsement or a completed integration.

External services

The website may link to external services such as Google Forms. Taltru does not control their availability, content, cookies or privacy practices. Review the external provider's terms before using it.

Service enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve capacity or confirm eligibility. Taltru may decline an engagement. No customer evidence should be shared until scope, confidentiality, security, responsibility and data handling have been agreed in writing.

Availability and responsibility

Taltru will take reasonable care in operating the validation website but does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free prototype output. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commercial liability terms will be agreed separately for each paid engagement.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as Taltru moves from validation to commercial operation. Questions may be sent to info@taltru.com.

This is an operational draft and should receive UK legal review before commercial contracting. The registered business identity and governing-law clause must be inserted once confirmed.
