Prepare a bounded evidence review before a mobilisation decision.
For a defined batch of subcontractor evidence, the proposed service applies Taltru's structured extraction and versioned review method, records the findings, and shows authorised personnel what still requires judgement.
Entry conditions
Enquiries are open, but delivery is not automatic. Taltru will not accept live evidence until a signed scope, confidentiality terms, secure transfer and storage route, retention controls, reviewer competence and customer decision authority are confirmed.
If those controls cannot be satisfied, the engagement will not proceed.
What actually happens to your evidence
This is a human-delivered service. Your documents are handled through a controlled, agreed process, not uploaded into the public prototype. The prototype is a demonstration environment for fictional data only; it is never used for real customer evidence.
How a review runs
Agree the scope
We agree exactly which documents, which project, and which requirements apply before anything is shared.
Secure transfer
Evidence is shared through an agreed, controlled channel, on terms set out in advance in writing.
Extraction and rule evaluation
Facts are extracted from each document and checked against approved, versioned customer or project requirements within the agreed scope.
Human review and recorded recommendation
A named reviewer examines anything the rules cannot resolve alone and records the reasoning. Your authorised personnel retain the final mobilisation decision.
Decision register and report
You receive a structured record of what was checked, what it found, and who decided what.
What a result actually looks like
Every item is reported as one of four states, never a single blended percentage that can hide the one thing that actually matters:
What you receive
- A structured decision register, one entry per subcontractor or document set
- The specific requirement applied to each item, and where it came from
- A named list of missing or ambiguous evidence, not buried in a footnote
- The reviewer's reasoning wherever a human decision was required
- A corrective-action list for anything outstanding
Download a fictional sample Managed Review report. It illustrates the format only and contains no customer evidence.
What this is not
The mobilisation decision remains yours. We report what the evidence supports and where it falls short; we do not approve or reject a subcontractor on your behalf, and nothing here should be read as Taltru assuming a duty holder's responsibility.
This is also not a subscription or a platform login. It's a bounded, scoped engagement against a defined batch of documents, agreed in advance.
Commercial terms
If the entry conditions can be met, Taltru provides a written proposal based on the evidence types, document volume, project requirements, reviewer effort, security overhead, delivery period and reporting needs. Pricing is not published before those variables are evidenced.
The signed statement of work will identify what is included, what is excluded, the customer decision owner, the evidence-handling route, acceptance criteria, fees and stop conditions.
Discuss Managed Review eligibility
Tell us enough to assess fit. Do not submit documents, worker information, confidential evidence or commercially sensitive project information through this form.
